Exchange & Refund Policy
At Mishaans, we want every shopping experience to feel effortless and satisfying. Each piece is made and packed with great care — but if something isn’t quite right, our exchange process is simple, fair, and transparent.
Exchanges – Within Pakistan
We offer a 07-day exchange policy, starting from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for an exchange, please ensure that:

The item was purchased directly from Mishaans’ online store and is accompanied by the original invoice.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

Original packaging, tags, and labels are intact.
To help us process your request smoothly, please attach clear images of the product you wish to exchange when submitting your request.
Important Notes

Items purchased during sales or promotional events are not eligible for exchange or return unless found defective.

Dupattas and shawls cannot be exchanged or returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges will be processed at the original retail price (not the discounted price).

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and an additional PKR 600 will be charged upon delivery of the exchanged item.

Any issues regarding missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this time cannot be accommodated.

Mishaans is not responsible for items delivered within Pakistan and then forwarded internationally by a third party.
All exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is no longer in stock, a store credit voucher of equal value will be issued, valid for 12 months.
Once received, exchange requests take approximately 7–10 business days to process after verification.
Mishaans reserves the right to reject any exchange request if a product is found to be used, missing tags, or not in its original condition.
Exchange Procedure

Our customer care team will provide you with the return shipping address and guide you through the process.

Customers must ship the item(s) back to the address provided.

If a faulty or incorrect item was delivered, the return shipping cost will be reimbursed via an online credit voucher.

For non-faulty items, customers are responsible for both return shipping and exchange delivery charges.
A credit voucher or replacement item will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

Refund Policy
At this time, Mishaans does not offer cash refunds. However, we aim to make every resolution fair and flexible.
If your order qualifies, you may receive a store credit or exchange option in place of a refund. Store credits are valid for 12 months and can be used toward any future purchase online.
