You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if any of the following conditions apply:

• The exchange request is submitted within the 7-day window.
• The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
• The product received is different from what was originally ordered.
• Any part of the Dress is missing.

All exchange claims must be submitted within 7 days of the order date to qualify. For returns, a store voucher will be issued, redeemable online within 60 days.

Dry clean only. Handle embroidery gently. Steam or iron on low heat from the reverse side. Store in a breathable garment bag.

Stitched orders are delivered within three weeks of payment confirmation.

Each stitched ensemble includes lining and carefully selected accessories.
