At Mishaans, every order is handled with care and precision — because we believe your shopping experience should be as special as the pieces you choose.
1. Delivery Time
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan through Postex, and international delivery via FedEx.

Local Orders (Pakistan): Delivered within 5-7 business days.

International Orders: Delivered within approximately 10 business days.
We always aim to ensure timely and safe delivery of your Mishaans pieces, wherever you are in the world.
2. Product Details & Descriptions
Each Mishaans product is photographed and described with the utmost care to reflect the true essence of the design.
Please note that minor color or texture variations may occur due to lighting, fabric characteristics, or digital display differences. These subtle variations are part of the natural charm of handcrafted products.
3. Order Amendments
If you’d like to make changes to your order, please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing it.
Requests received after this time may still be considered but could incur additional charges depending on production stage and availability.
4. Returns for Online Orders
If you wish to return a product delivered within Pakistan, please email us at yourstylist@mishaans.com to arrange a pick-up with our logistics partner or representative.
Ensure that you include:

The product in its original condition and packaging.
5. Exchange Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for another item within 10 days of purchase.
Please ensure that the item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with the invoice attached.
6. Size & Fit Adjustments
If your purchased item doesn’t fit as expected, you can raise a query at the email and get it exchanged.
Bring your invoice along, and our in-store team will gladly assist you in finding the right size or product.
Exchanges should be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
Every Mishaans order is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio.
However, if your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 10 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly offer an exchange or replacement after verification.
8. Order Verification Code
To ensure a smooth and secure delivery process, you’ll receive a verification code via SMS after placing your order.
Entering this code confirms your order and helps us speed up processing and dispatch.
9. Didn’t Receive the Code?
If you haven’t received your verification code, please click “Resend” on the checkout page.
If the issue continues, double-check your mobile number for accuracy.
In case of persistent issues, our team will personally contact you to confirm your order.
10. Order Confirmation Without Code
Your order is successfully placed even if you haven’t received the verification code.
